Seeds of Peace: Ohio's School Conflict Management Grant Program
This report is an evaluation of the High School Conflict Management Program. It contains detailed findings from teachers in 14 highschools that received grants from the Commission and the Department of Education. The case studies were selected to represent a range of geographical and sociological settings, diverse student populations, and different methodologies of implementation. A valuable tool for persons interested in teaching others the skills necessary to be an effective mediator.
