Washington County Programs Washington County Juvenile Court Washington County Juvenile Court utilizes a mediation program for custody and visitation issues.  Parties are referred to a mediator (trained attorney) who is funded by a grant to attempt to resolve the issues. The case is stayed for 90 days while the parties meet.
